点评：Good little drive up the pass with lovely views. Safe enough drive if you take your time on the bends as some drivers don’t.
The forest is beautiful but spoilt be ‘irresponsible wild campers’. I say irresponsible, as we wild camped there but always follow the code of leave no trace and don’t make fires on the ground. It took us 30 mins to clean the pitch of rubbish and broken glass and cover the fire pits and was left immaculate when we left. Sadly we found lots of cheap discarded tents/ tarps and rubbish. Lots of young groups of boys came to camp as the night went on, which is great seeing young people enjoying the outdoors, however, I worry that many of these don’t follow the wild camping ethos of leave no trace, especially after seeing many with pop up tents and cheap gear. Yes, we all have to start somewhere but just please LEAVE THE PLACE BETTER THAN YOU FOUND IT AND DONT START FIRES ON THE GROUND.
