Stunning coastline, village and natural pool

点评：A peaceful coastal location broken by the sometimes fierce waves of the Atlantic. It's a moderately steep walk of 15 minutes down a well marked path with some steps down the side of the cliffs to the old fishermans village below. The houses are now privately owner and holiday lets, with a few abandoned. It's very atmospheric and peaceful. The natural pool isn't too deep and easy to swim in with no rocks. It's worth watching the waves as depending on the tide and sea level they can suddenly enter the pool and make it quite dangerous. If you want to use public transport , from Valverde , it's an on demand service. The ticket office were very helpful in ordering the 'bus' and also requested for me the return journey according to the bus timetable. I would thoroughly recommend visiting thus special place.
