Fairbanks Ice Museum的点评
点评：This was so much fun. We got into Fairbanks at about 6:30 pm and really could not find anything to do. My friend found the Fairbanks Ice Museum. It did not sound too interesting to me but boy I was wrong! We had a blast. Fortunately we arrived at 7:30 pm. We had about 30 minutes to go into the Ice Museum before it closed and the Northern Lights Movie started. Actually perfect timing!
The museum looked a little small to me but there were many things to do. Great photo opportunities. Taking pictures drinking at the bar (with props), sitting on the moose. (Bullwinkle?). And many more…. The best part was sliding down the ice shoot while my friend laughed and took videos. We went 2 times each. It really is 20 degrees in there. Good thing they provide nice thick jackets.
The movie was beautiful! I did not get to see the northern lights but the movie made up for that. I really appreciated the son for telling us all about his father’s work taking pictures and his love for classical music. A very special movie.
