Very disappointing experience
Urban Jump Trampoline Park的点评
点评：Having visited many trampoline parks this one fell way below expectations in every department and was by far and away the worst trampolining experience I've ever had with my children.
Two of the three members of staff I came into contact with were all incredibly rude. One laughing at me and saying I wouldn't be allowed on the trampolines if I responded to a text message during the safety video despite me informing her that I have seen these videos many times before. She also smirked and said you also have to sit down to watch the video despite us being the only people in the area at the time. It was terrible customer service.
The trampoline area was dirty with wrist bands and the accompanying litter scattered all over the trampolines. Some trampolines had red from the foam imprinted into the mesh which got stuck onto clothes.
There were teenagers who were out of control and were very dangerous near children as young as 5. The staff who were meant to be supervising turned a blind eye to this making it an unsafe environment. The basketball nets were broken meaning there were big queues for the one remaining net.
All in all staff need training in customer service, supervising older children and there needs to be a bigger focus on making it a safer, cleaner, friendlier and more fun environment.
I will not be returning and would recommend others to seek out alternative trampoline parks instead of going here.
