点评:Went Sunday afternoon (yesterday) when it was really quiet. An excellent female reception staff deserved commendation. The rest of the experience was awful. Had 4 kids with me but only 3 pairs of Urban Jump socks. Had many other socks which were the same but was obliged to buy the specific UJ socks by a rude and surly male employee with tattoos on his calves (just to identify him). This man in particular interacted in an unpleasant manner right from the start and I found him intimidating. However, other staff were also not friendly. And the socks - only £3.50 but rubbish for the environment and a waste of money at an already costly experience. While on trampolines my largely well behaved kids were heavily policed. They were repeatedly told off by staff for:
Jumping on one leg
Jumping and fall on to trampolines landing in a falling on their back (just seemed fun)
'Running' across trampolines
Sharing trampolines in pairs
The children were two aged 10 and 2 aged 14. None of them were overly boisterous.
The kids said it's more fun when it's busier as they feel less policed, and they got off the trampolines after 40 minutes saying 'it's worse than school'.
I was really disappointed. I do understand health and safety but what's the point in having trampolines if you can barely use them - and where's the fun in aggressive staff shouting at kids?
