点评:We booked the stay with lots of expectations for a long weekend considering all the hyped images and comments available in websites but was highly disappointed due to several factors and now will definitely need to keep this place as the last option for any future booking. .
1. Pros
Spacious room
Staff in cafeteria were very courteous and helpful
Common swimming was in good condition
Breakfast was really good and refreshing
Great view point (although it has only one)
2. Cons
The bathroom was too shabby and absolute mess
The faucet was leaking
The curtain near to jacuzzi wa ripped
The jacuzzi itself was dirty and leaking
Lack of basic aminity in rest room in form of tissue paper roll which was never
provided even after asking for 3 times
It took the room service 2 reminders and around 45 mins for 2 juice order to be delivered
Incorrect orders were directed to our room
The place seems more of concrete structure than natural . While its needed and
unavoidable in so many places, there is an absolute lack of maintenance in all
departments
The AC in the room was too noisy and not effective
The ambiance took a hit due to poor lighting concept. It was almost like cheap hotel
for which the price we paid was too high
The food had very limited deserts and nothing out of the box
Absolute mess in terms of parking.
Overall we can rate only 2.5/5 and at the end of the day we were thinking why did we make such a big mistake by selecting this place. I would request management to focus on basic maintenance to ensure crowd feels welcomed and think the place is worth the money they invest
