点评：My sister and I got our parents a gift voucher for a cooking class for two for Christmas in 2023. The voucher cost $320 and was valid for 12 months and expressly states it is a 'gift for two'.
My parents recently booked to do the Vietnamese master class and they loved it. However, I then found out that, upon booking, they were requested to pay an additional $30 to attend. I suspect this is because, in the time since we gave them the voucher, the costs of the classes per person had gone up. However, there was no conditions on the voucher which provided that the costs could change and that an additional charge may apply and none of the master classes could be done for two for the voucher amount. I consider this to be outrageous. The company should be honouring the vouchers which are expressly stated to be for two people at the original cost and not be requiring further payment within the period for which the voucher is valid.
My parents would be mortified if they knew I was writing this review but I think it is important that others are aware if they are considering purchasing a gift voucher.
