点评：I took my kids here on Memorial Day. Except for 2 people, every staff member I came in contact with was rude as hell to me AND my children. None of them smiled. They had an “I don’t want to be here” attitude. You literally work at a family friendly place with terrible attitudes…? My children and I love animals, but for the money I spent to be disrespected and for my kids to be ignored by the staff when they were trying to be friendly or ask questions about the animals… yea, never again. I wouldn’t have really cared if the experience wasn’t taken away from my babies. To hear my children ask me “Why won’t she talk to me?” Or “Why is she being mean to me?” and I couldn’t give them an answer bothered the hell out of me because NOTHING could’ve justified killing their joy when they did nothing wrong.
