Lots to do and see, even if not on a tour; Chapel hike likely difficult if have mobility issues

点评：We stay here in the winter every year and haven’t made it to the chapel via snowshoes; since we were here in spring, so decided to hike up to it. We stopped at the Outdoor Center, for our sticker and where to go; - Steve gave good directions to hike to chapel & heads up on the steepness of the climb.
There are benches along the way, to take a break or just sit and admire the beauty around you. The hike up really is steep toward the top (MUCH more than down below), but was a much faster hike than we expected.
Really beautiful chapel and so peaceful. I did ring the bell, hard not to, with the rope right there. We didn’t put a prayer inside, but from what I understand, they are collected each week and prayed on.
When we came down, we visited the cows (behind the fence, can’t go inside unless on a tour). Nice to see them doing what they want and the babies.
We saw sheep a few days before this and walked through the gardens, which are very pretty. Be sure to check in the Outdoor Center before going in the garden area though.
Much, much more to do than what we did, equipment you can rent or buy, and a lot of tours.
