Alibi Beach Bar的点评
点评：I used to visit this beach bar every year during my stay in Sunny Beach, and it had always been a pleasant experience. However, my fourth visit this year was extremely disappointing due to the rude and even aggressive behavior of the bartender (a slim man, approximately in his 40s).
As usual, I ordered a beer (I usually have 2–3 beers) and intended to pay by card, as I had done many times before. This time, the bartender poured the beer in a very unfriendly manner and immediately asked for payment. I indicated that I planned to order another beer and would prefer to pay for both at once, but he snapped that I had to pay right away. I said OK and told him I would pay by card.
At that point, he responded in a very unprofessional and vulgar way, saying something like I could "stick the card somewhere" and that he only accepts cash. Unfortunately, I didn’t have any cash with me at the time, so I got up and left.
I believe this is completely unacceptable behavior from a staff member in any hospitality setting. I will never visit this beach bar again and will make sure to share my negative experience so that other visitors can avoid a similar situation.
