点评：I am leaving this review to document a packaging failure that directly resulted in damaged goods.
I ordered ceramic planters from Squire’s, order no. 9900111765, which were shipped internationally. The items arrived broken.
Upon inspection, the issues were clear:
No “FRAGILE” label on the outer carton
Inadequate inner packaging for ceramic items
No visible precautions taken to protect breakable goods during transit
Because the items were not labeled as fragile and were insufficiently packaged, they were damaged before any replacement could be arranged.
Regardless of the courier involved, packaging fragile ceramics properly and labeling them clearly is the seller’s responsibility. This basic step was not taken.
I am sharing this so other customers, especially those shipping internationally via a freight forwarder, can make an informed decision.
