点评：I had to ensure I had the right company as the glowing reviews from past customers are absolutely nothing like the experience I encountered with the Owner Johnathan on 7/23! I was with my cousin for a 30 min jet ski ride! From his annoying WhatsApp text and call I received the morning 7/23. The equipment we rode was old and run down no waivers signed etc. looked nothing like pics. I do not believe he speaks to certain customers in that manner it’s pretty clear who he enjoys catering to …! No one is a professional jet ski driver that ride on those things for play and as soon as I didn’t do one little thing right that caused NO damage to the jet ski what so ever he thought he could handle me and I wasn’t going for it …if you are business owner you protect your business by any means necessary.
It’s a dock sir … a dock with posts pulling up is very risky with a motorized vehicle on water with occasional waves !! Even in off mode the jet ski moves when not anchored…. He has zero customer service etiquette (maybe with select customers ) evident by the tantrums he throws with select customers! Use at your own risk absolutely ruined my experience before leaving TC …use Mako Water sports next door they have store front and not running a business out of a black suburban SUV!!
