点评:Disgraceful service. We went as a family, for a ride out, as we had heard good reviews about this place, The grandchildren were looking forwards to lunch out. When we arrived it was very busy, we expected that we would have to wait to be seated, but was pleasantly surprised to get s table straight away. We were shown to our table, and the waitress immediately pounced on us, asking what we wanted to drink, having given our order for drinks, we asked for a few minutes to view the menu. On return the waitress told us very rudely that my daughter could not give our 11 month old grandson his lunch that she had made for him. We had to purchase food from the menu for him. We explained that he has never eaten food other than what she has prepared as she is worried about additives, sugar, fats and salt that prepared food may contain. Her reply was we have sachets you can purchase. My grandson doesn't have the pureed sachets. She pointed to a poster on the far wall, and said that it explains our policy. We paid for our drinks, as they had been delivered. The girl on the till said it was to do with the VAT on food purchases. Irony is they had 15% of childrens meals. But we would have spent alot more money in the cafe and n seeing the animals. Discrimination against an 11 month old baby
