点评:So disappointed. This is the first time I’ve ever flown with them and it’ll be the last for sure. I’ll pay extra to go with ANY other airline if need be. I have the app downloaded to track our flight from Pittsburgh to Honolulu. Long flight so we needed to order food. The attendant asked if we had the app and I told her we did. She said they’re cashless and I need to order through there. What she didn’t tell me was I needed a SEPARATE app. And I needed to attach my credit card BEFORE the flight. Well thanks for telling us now. I couldn’t purchase ANYTHING. I offered cash, credit cards, bartering and anything I could think of. All I got was mean looks and grumpy faces. So 11 hours goes by and I got 2 packs of cookies and a cup of juice. Didn’t so much care about myself but my husband and daughter. Then I asked for a separate drink because I was thirsty 7 hours into the flight and was told “they finished drink service”. I’m sorry I fell asleep and missed it. Just rude. I’m very low maintenance and try not to bother too many people and I know how “Karens” get but no one person told me about anything extra that I would need when booking. Very disappointed.
