Rathwood的点评
点评：Really wish I had not ordered kiln dried wood from these guys. Ordered Oak which was stored correctly since delivery. It never burned right and was difficult to keep it burning. Mould developed all over it. I called and reported this to Rathwood and they said since it was past the 48hour return timeframe they would do nothing about it. They said I probably had poor ventilation in my garage! They must have come to inspect it while I was out.
I have stored wood in the garage for years and never had an issue. I still have some other wood in there which is absolutely fine and goes up in a blaze. But I've never ordered wood from Rathwood before! An I never will order anything from them again.
Myself and my family have all ordered from them in the last few years and there has always been an issue getting the products. We have waited up to 6 months to get delivery before. I would not recommend ordering from this company. I have given one star as its not an option to give less.
Their Customer Service in my opinion does not exist. It's such a shame as it's meant to be an Irish run family business.
