点评:Sadly, communication with the company was extremely poor. I reached out for help in planning how to reach the meeting point and was told to check the confirmation email links (ofcourse i had already done this). On the day, the hotel directed us to get a ferry-but they were not running at the time we needed. They directed us to a bus-no one in the station knew which bus would get us to Hono. I booked a taxi, called Kastor and the number was out of order. I emailed to let them know we would be 15mins late and gave my number. The captain called and said he cannot wait, would not offer a refund and could not give any other ideas for similar boat trips. It was so very sad for me and my family to be let down in this way despite reaching out for help prior to the boat trip after coming here from London.
