Worth the money to not have to drive through the Park on the Going-To-The-Sun Road

点评：I took the Sun Tours bus departing from East Glacier Lake; it was worth the money to not have to drive through the park. We were picked up in the lobby of the Glacier Park Lodge, but they will stop at other nearby motels to pick up those with reservations.
Much of the day-long tour consisted of an extended drive from East to West along the Going-To-The-Sun Road (and then return). With lots of cars during the peak summer tourist season, there were not that many parking spots near the most scenic points. This Road is very narrow & curvy; an experienced driver is really necessary to avoid all the cars & pedestrians and to know where to stop.
Our bus driver (Crystal) was very knowledgeable about the Park, which you'd expect from a Blackfoot Tribe member. She pointed out the scenic highlights as we drove and parked for pictures; she also had stories about the surrounding Blackfoot Tribal lands. We got to stop for lunch at a decent restaurant just outside the main entrance. Worth the expense on the day-long ride.
