点评：Being a one-man business, travellers have a guarantee that Paul will be the trip host/guide when booking WalkitCornwall holiday. Paul's takes a proactive approach to customer service - even to the extent of describing how to identify him on the Scillonian ferry. Fortunately, he has a very healthy sense of humour (an essential ingredient when handling disparate groups of travellers). Paul made our trip to Scilly feel like we were being shown around the islands by a friend, rather than a 'hired-hand' and we've already recommended him to several friends.
Anyone joining his trips should ask if he has any evening music sessions lined-up during the holiday (he was a professional musician prior to becoming a guide) . If nothing else, you may enjoy criticising 'his noise' to fully test his sense of humour! Actually, he's highly accomplished....but I'd never tell him that!
