Unique venue, but wait staff and food needs improvement

点评：This restaurant / cider bar has a unique outdoor tent atmosphere with a horse which had been ridden in by a customer eating the grass under the large tent. The main business of this venue appears to be the cider bar, which has a covered outdoor dining area.
We came here with family for dinner and not drinks. The menu consists of items that are made in the outdoor pizza oven. We ordered two Samosas, two pizzas, and Grilled Cheese with Bacon Jam.
The food was disappointingly just bar food, which was passable, but nothing special. The staff forgot our second order of Samosa and the Bacon Jam in the Grilled Cheese.
The waitress apologized and brought more Hard Bite chips for us. She said they couldn'tbring the Bacon Jam since it was frozen. They then brought the forgotten Samosa.
My daughter had previously asked if the Samosa was spicy and the waitress said it wasn't spicy, even after my wife also asked if it was spicy. My daughter found the Samosa very spicy and couldn't eat it.
My daughter didn't mention that issue, so I paid the bill and gave her a 20% tip. I went with her to play Corn Hole nearby while my wife and her sister still sat at our table.
The other waitress who baked our dinner brought chocolate dessert to our table and described the dessert in detail to my wife and her sister. We hadn't ordered the dessert, but they thought it was for the other mistakes the staff made. The waitress then realized that she brought the dessert to the wrong table and apologized and took the dessert away.
So, this place may be fine for drinks, but the staff needs much more fine-tuning and the food needs upgrading.
