点评：Terrible experience. Came here from Vegas for my son‘s birthday. Got a rental bike and immediately first run down the brakes are already worn down and just super loud. I took a relatively easy way down and when I got to the bottom I noticed one of my spokes had come out. My chain also came off but I didn’t notice it until my second ride down. So I’m just trying to get down the mountain at this point cuz I can’t pedal and then I get down and they tell me the derailer needs to be replaced and I can pay $110 to get my bike back. And I’m like all of this happened on one ride down and now I have to pay $110 after already having paid $200 for the day. I fought it so hard, spoke to every person there that I could about getting my bike back or at that point just getting a refund and leaving, no leniency whatsoever. The bike rental experience there was absolutely miserable, the bike i was given was terrible. Do not rent from this place.
Also, my son’s ride card was deactivated at one point and we had to go back to the ticket booth to get a new one. last so much time just trying to get going.
If I could give negative stars I would. Spent all this money to come up here just for the bike to break down after one green run.
