Roederer Estate的点评
点评：We were driving up to Mendocino for a wedding and saw the Roederer entrance. We made a reservation for the following day.
The estate is beautiful, as is the tasting room. Lots of pretty wood and a really cool bar. The have a nice patio, but it was a bit cool and misty to sit outside.
We did their basic tasting, and Amy was our server. She was very knowledgeable, funny and entertaining. We did some side by side tastings and she was helpful in describing it all.
Instead of heading out for lunch, we ordered smoked salmon off their limited food menu. It was delicious, enough for a light lunch for 2. A table by us ordered a charcuterie board, which looked lovely and substantial.
All the tastings were wonderful. They have the information for their wine club, and other offerings, but there was really no pressure.
Even though it is far from the other major wine regions, it is well worth the trip..
