Kings Island的点评
点评：You can always truly get a feel for a place when something wrong, and how they recover. I entered Kings Island on the Saturday October 24, and had activated my 2026 Season Pass at Six Flags Magic Mountain a week prior. Since Six Flags and Cedar Fair have merged - quite a few of their operations and systems are continuing to merge, with the expected challenges that come with any merger. At the entrance turnstile my 2026 Six Flags pass came up as 'Invalid'.
Kings Island customer service promptly pulled me aside - explained the situation, apologized, and ensured myself and those in my party had Kings Island coupons commensurate with the benefits offered as sold with the Season Pass. This promptness, courtesy, and simple 'welcome' truly made our visit.
As for the experience itself - this is an extremely high-caliber amusement park. The layout is fantastic, and the grounds are well kept. And the coasters are simply phenomenal! Our group's favorites (in order) were: The Beast (legendary), Orion, Diamondback, Mystic Timbers, Banshee, and Flight of Fear. These are world-class coaster experiences. We were consistently impressed with the focus on great operations, and high efficiency. Operators grouping guests at the ride scoured the lines for single riders, ensuring that trains always went out full. We were able to ride everything we planned on, and even enjoyed a few of the Halloween offerings in the midways. We loved the fountain show - which had amped up, Halloween inspired, pop songs set to a synchronized combination of water fountains and blasts of fire.
Kings Island - you've truly earned long-term fans with our family and friends who came that day. We can't wait to visit again, and are spreading the word about how impressed we were across the board. Thank you for making such a special memory!
