点评：Folks if you ever find yourselves in Athens, TX and are looking for a GREAT microbrewery then this IS THE PLACE. We have been coming here for almost a year now and they never disappoint. The brews are always SPOT on. Their owner, Will, is also the Brewmaster. He really knows his stuff. Their chef, Elijah, has both an Asian and European background and is simply amazing. They offer a Wagu slider with pimento cheese that will melt in your mouth. On Friday's they offer Fish and Chips which are without a doubt some of the best we have ever eaten anywhere!! And Elijah is also a former Pastry Chef so he was kind enough to make a German Chocolate Cake for my wife's Birthday. It was absolutely beautiful and delicious!! Please stop in and give them a try. Tell them that Toto sent you!!! They will know what that means:)
