点评：I had researched for months the service I wanted and saw that Acacia offered it, so I finally made the appointment. The lady of the phone quoted me a higher price than what the website had listed, but I just figured the website had not been updated and I was fine with the price. Arrived and my appointment and was pleased they were running ahead of schedule and got me started right away. I thought the woman that performed my service wasn’t very friendly and I was a bit disappointed in that but it was fine. When I was finished, I paid and added a tip. When I got to the car, I wasn’t overly impressed with the work but I really didn’t know what to expect anyway. I moved on with my day. About a later, Acacia called, it was the woman that collected my payment. She said I still owed money?? I questioned her, told her what o was quoted by phone and that it was more than what their website had. She then told me the tech provided more services. I explained that what I booked for and the lady on the phone said that it was not communicated to the tech and the tech did more that what I originally requested so it would be more money. Huh?? Okay!! Looks like I’m going to be canceling my follow up appointment. I’m not being cheap, but I also don’t treat myself to spa days so guess their style of business is not my style.
