Denied entry because they had never seen a Stub Hub ticket before...seriously?

点评：I and my friend, both near eighty years old, and my husband (whose birthday it was), were gifted tickets by my friend's daughter for the Jay Leno show during last night's down pouring and flooding, only to be turned away at the counter because the lady "couldn't identify the source of the tickets". Seriously? They were bought directly from stub hub. How is it possible she had never seen tickets from Stub Hub? She refused to look up the seats to verify that tickets for those seats had been purchased. So we never got to see the show or get the benefit of the expensive tickets. She didn't even try to verify them, and her advice was to stop payment on them (they were bought months ago!).
翻译：我与我的朋友都快八十岁了，我的丈夫当天正是生日。昨晚大雨倾盆、洪水泛滥之时，朋友的女儿送了我们几张杰·雷诺脱口秀的门票。然而我们在售票处却被拒之门外——那位工作人员称“无法确认这些票的来源”。真的吗？这些票可是我们直接从StubHub上买来的啊。怎么可能她从来没见过Stub Hub上的票务信息呢？她拒绝去查看那些座位的相关信息，以确认是否有人购买了这些座位的票。结果我们既没能去看演出，也浪费了那些昂贵的门票。她甚至都懒得去核实一下，还建议我们取消这些票的付款（可那些票可是几个月前就买好的啊！）。
