点评：On September 17 we arrived as the first vehicle at the stop line on the County side of the ferry. The only vehicle actually. When the ferry arrived, they unloaded about 5 cars and 4 idle staff looked in our direction (2 cars at that point), ignored us and entered the office building. We waited. At 1415 hrs they came out and directed vehicles (6 cars arrived after us). The rude person directing cars halted us from moving and let the other cars proceed. One business truck/trailer yelled at us that we were in the wrong lane as they passed us which was news to us. The car behind them courteously let us in realizing we had been there first and everyone would get on. The rude staff member then stopped us from embarking and yelled at us to turn around on the road and go to the back of the line. His intent was to embarrass us for no reason. Not enough cars to even 1/2 fill the ferry. He saw us parked there when they took their break (one of many breaks due to low activity) and did not have the decency to explain that we were in the wrong lane. He shouted at us from where he stood to demand that we leave and go to the back of the line……so he could have done the same when he first saw us to avoid this fiasco. He would not have had to move a muscle to communicate with respect. He was “out of line” not us! His hostility caused us to leave and drive the longer route out of the county. Wow Ontario do better!
