Go Ape Chessington的点评
点评：My daughter's phone was broken with all the Go Ape party details on it.
Also the phone numbers of friends & the organiser
We rang to ask the start time of the party.
My daughter gave your employee the names of the mummy whose daughter's party it was. She gave the child's name. Her age.
All we asked was to confirm the start time
We were told they could not give it
I asked if I said a time could they at least acknowledge that. No she stated that she couldn't give any details of another persons booking.
Consequently my granddaughter could not go to the party as we didn't know the times.
Maybe you should have an option that the host gives permission to share the start times.
The girl was rude & very unhelpful. Sadly this has given us a very negative feeling for The Go Ape organisation
Both my daughter & I fully understand GDPR as we work in health & education. We were not asking for any disclosure of personal details. We gave the info.
