You can get to Alpine Bob by a couple of ways, one is by Talstation Seilbahn Meran 2000 cable car (27 EUR return trip for one person), second is from Gondola Falzeben mountain station cable car also (24 EUR return trip for one person), and by foot from Falzeben it's FREE. If you decide to go by foot, you will need 1h to climb up the distance of 3.15km, and 40 min to climb down.
And when you reach the Alpine bob, you have a coffee shop and ticket office. It is very windy on the top. And it takes 3-5 min to descend and 5 min to accent. There is a 150-meter altitude difference between the 1100-meter downhill track and the 350-meter uphill track.
One ride is 6 EUR, 5 rides are 27 EUR, while the 10 rides are 51 EUR. Parking is 2 EUR for 1h at Falzeben parking lot.
We had a lot of fun, and the climb wasn't difficult at all, but you have to be at least in moderate shape.
