点评:We are tourists in Canada with very little experience of what to do and how to work these thinking machines that demand information (ticket dispensers). We arrived at the station with 10 minutes to go before our train to Toronto was due to leave, and were in a tizzy where Togo and how to buy a ticket 🫣. Then we spotted Sabrina and what a delight she was , not only with the explanation of what to do, but actually had them printed out and before long we were sitting on the train, however we both knew that we would not have been on this train without the help from Sabrina. The train was journey was excellent, being able to see the countryside whilst at ease, and in a very clean environment, with additional Covid built in defences (plastic separators) what an ingenious idea, and am positive British Rail will never achieve similar. Arrival in Union Station was easy and within the confines of the station a very helpful tourist information office with equally efficient staff. Needles to say we will be using the GO system again whilst we are here.
