点评：Terrible doesn’t even describe this experience. We went to have a fun family night with our son,daughter and grandson. The person working there came in and accused us of forcing something open which we didn’t and we told him we did not. We went on to the next room and again he came in and accused us of forcing open something. I was ready to leave because I don’t like being accused of something I didn’t do when he said you’re done. At that point he also said they don’t allow children under 13 which my grandson is 8 and was really enjoying himself and helping us solve the puzzles. Never said anything about his age when we came in and was not running around or doing anything wrong. Unfortunately my grandson felt like he did something wrong and started to cry and turned our fun surprise into a bad night. I will never go to this business again and hopefully this person will be educated on how to deal with customers. Apparently this was the manger and the owners need to reevaluate who they promote to that position. I have been to different escape rooms and never had anything like this happen before. We were not doing anything wrong and don’t appreciate being accused.
