I’ve been to this location a few times but today 12/10/2023 was the first time going for a bday party since the pandemic. It was the ABSOLUTE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had at an establishment. The party started at 11:00am and there were only 2 or 3 people working, the “Manager” (she had a black shirt on and a bun in her hair) was out of line when forcefully telling me as a GUEST that I was going to (not needed to) but going to wait for party supplies to be brought to the room that should’ve already been there. My teenage daughter was about to step in as I was being barrated by this woman. Only 1 toilet was working out of the women’s and of course as life would have it that stall didn’t have toilet paper. The cleanliness of this location is NOT up to standard and the floors are gross and sticky everywhere. The hand sanitizers were empty. AS A FORMER EVENT COORDINATOR MYSELF the lack of assistance or appearance of staff was discraceful and the owner of the company should audit this location ASAP before something horrible happens due to the cleanliness issue. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE the way it is now!!!!! Don’t set yourself up for disappointment or party aggravation just don’t go.
