点评：Bought this for my friend for her 40th birthday. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. The first day we tried to go, we were greeted at reception by two ladies complaining that the hot tubs were cold and they said it wasn't worth going. The receptionist apologised and offered to rebooked for another date as the infinity pool was the biggest appeal for us. What was the point in going in knowing it was cold?
We went back yesterday for our second attempt and checked in. The locker room was tiny and so full of people it was uncomfortable, it was littered with used tissues and cotton pads leaving none left for use. The showers had no conditioner and empty bottles were lying around the floor of the showers. And to top it all off the infinity pool we Luke warm again. Too cold to enjoy or sit in. The inside hot tub was slightly better but definitely not hot tub hot. Outside was 30 and inside was 33. It's clearly an issue that hasn't or can't be addresses. The place is old and tired and has lost its charm. It's a shame as I remember it being magical a number of years ago.
