The building says contemporary/modern, but that's only a portion of the collection. 4.5 'very good' but not excellent.

点评：It's a good visit. Much less contemporary art than perhaps expected, much more religious / landscape from roughly 1300-1750 (subject matter changes obviously as time moves forward). KY section interesting. Some good glass - I suspect this, and a lot of the rest of the collection took, rotates. A plus, if you're local. Some impressive large scale installations - huge tapestry, country house room/hall, large stained glass windows. Much in way of decorative arts, furniture interspersed throughout galleries. Not a place with big name art, and impressionism, post-impressionism, fauvist, et al mostly absent. Still, I would not pass this by, it is an enriching experience, and the space itself has some appropriately impressive moments. Signage is quite detailed, explanatory.
