Retallack Aqua Park的点评
点评：This will be our 5th or 6th visit to Retallack resort. Whoever is in charge needs to bring back a slide. Each year it’s got smaller and smaller. Some new bits this year compared to last year but it’s seriously lacking a slide. The amount of obstacles are minimal. It would also be great to have a small jumping platform which is manned by a lifeguard. Quiet session with 23 people. 40 people would be far too many as nowhere to spread out.
Family changing / disability facilities were awful. You go in disabled toilets and you can’t wash your hands - taps don’t work. The room is filthy. The light doesn’t work. The cupboard for storage is open with chemicals sticking out.
No lockers for your stuff so you have to leave in a room where public go in / out.
Cafe is basic and really needs a cake stand / hot pasties / sausage rolls available all the time the aqua park is open.
We had fun and made the most of it but it’s a real shame it seems to have got worst over the year not better. Really needs a decent manager to go in and make this a better place.
