Great castle to visit with kids

点评：Very nice and interesting visit of this castle which is rising from its ruins. This ambitious project is aimed at rebuilding the castle, an initiative launched by Mr. Pottier several decades ago. Since then, volunteers from all over gather here during the summer months and contribute to rebuilding this beautiful castle. The eat and sleep on site and also offer guided visits.
We visited the castle with the kids, who enjoyed it as much as the adults. We received a peek into how castle life was centuries ago (and I don't think it was all that much fun to be honest). They charge 7 euros per adult (kids are free) but all proceeds go to buying materials and tools to renovate the castle so I'd rather give them money to contribute to their hard work instead of some other tourist traps.
So if you have an hour or so to spare, this is definitely worth visiting.
