BDT Belek Doga Tour的点评
点评：We chose this company as they assured us that there wouldn’t be any compulsory shopping stops (“other companies are cheaper because you have to stop for shopping, we don’t have any shopping stops”) but this was untrue - we spent over 45 minutes in a jewellery place - as long as any of the other sightseeing stops. our 1.5 hrs promised free time in Antalya old town was actually only 45 mins as we had to walk back to it to it after being taken directly from our boat tour which was right by the old town to the bazaar area where they tried to get us into a shop by giving us discount cards. The boat trip was also less time than said with music spoiling the relaxation somewhat. Guide was fairly knowledgable and provided some interesting info while we were driving - a lot of time spent in the minibus as there were lots of hotel stops on the way to and from Antalya. Hadrian’s gate was a drive by - literally didn’t stop the van as we drove past it. Don’t regret booking a tour as it was the only way to see some of the sights as Belek has nothing but wish we’d gone with a smaller company and not believed this company when they outlined how much time we’d get at each place. It was a long day (8.30- 4pm ish) and we only spent about a third of that time actually seeing things. Lunch (which was included) was surprisingly nice and generous.)
