Disorganised, rushed, and no longer worth the money now that the full experience is gone

点评：Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Cost Anymore
We were really disappointed with this experience for several reasons.
First and foremost, we found out that the Sheraton track is no longer part of the tour, which was not made clear beforehand. The only tracks now available are within their own paddock. One is the “muddy track,” which was so muddy it was nearly impossible to complete even one lap without getting stuck. The actual driving time was about 30 seconds, followed by 4 to 5 minutes of sitting and waiting for staff to get other cars unstuck before they could get to us. This cycle repeated over and over, making the experience frustrating and very stop-start.
To make matters worse, some people on the mud track refused to continue because their cars didn’t have working brakes. Our own car had a roll cage made of plastic piping, and one of the brackets had broken and was tied up with string, which didn’t feel safe at all.
There’s also a “dry track,” which is in the same paddock area but slightly separate. Unfortunately, we missed out on starting with that group due to a shortage of vehicles. We had to wait for them to finish before we could start. By the time we got into a car, everyone else had already completed their drive and moved on to the next activity. We were rushed through our laps and immediately taken to the swimming area in an attempt to catch up with the group.
Our swim lasted just 2–3 minutes before we were moved along again, this time to the milkshake café. By then, everyone had already finished, and we only had one or two minutes there before the tour ended.
Overall, the experience felt rushed, poorly organized, and not at all worth the money—especially now that the original track and full tour experience no longer exist. I strongly feel the pricing needs to be reviewed to reflect what’s actually being offered now.
