点评：This is our second bioluminescence experience. It was different from chili boats on the land. The bioluminescence is very strong, so you won't be disappointed. Getting to Vieques was not difficult, and there is so much to enjoy on the island, so definitely worth the trip. You cannot get to biobay yourself, it is only allowed by tours. The meeting point was easy, short trip to bio bay, short paddle to the bay in 2 people kayaks. It is not a difficult kayaking trip, kayaks are very stable. The tour guide was great, interactive, and safe. We spent plenty of time enjoying the bioluminescence. We got to see fish below sparkle as they swam below kayaks. We booked the latest trip, and got pushed up to time before. The group size was manageable, 2 families basically. The communication with the tour was very good, we felt informed.
