Very poor value for money, the staff is bored and unfriendly, there is dirt in the changing rooms, showers, toilets, and around the pools.
On weekends and during the summer season, it is overcrowded because they accept many more customers than their actual capacity allows.
Despite this, they still have the audacity to charge you extra, for example for exceeding the sauna time, even though the clock automatically deactivated after 3 hours. For one hour over, I was practically charged the price of another ticket.
In conclusion, they have declined significantly, they are not interested in customers at all, they are only interested in taking as much money from you as possible and regularly increasing prices.
For the same money, you can easily go to Felix or elsewhere where you will be offered much higher quality services.
