点评：Who can ever say that they fed a buffalo? Well, I did. We wanted to venture into Nebraska from Cheyenne, WY and this was the perfect place to go. It was a total blast and something we will always remember. It was only my sister and me on the tour but that was ok. Rick, the owner, who was very nice, met us after we passed the big Monkey Ranch archway. Before coming, communicating with him was easy and helpful.
He drove us out to where ‘his’ buffalo were grazing. Rick had names for them and when he called their name, Pumpkin, Natasha, Rocky, they actually came over to the truck. You cannot go out of the truck nor can you pet them. Rick had small squares of compact grass or hay and that’s what we fed them. The Buffalo would come up to the open window and practically stick their whole head inside the truck, stick out their tongue and we would place (drop) the cube onto their tongue.
This is a fun place for the whole family. I highly recommend it. Then you can tell everyone you fed buffalos.
