点评：The professionalism and customer care at Cotswold Boat Hire is second to none - thank you. You saw us in and out without fuss. The boat, Jozel, was as described, the bed comfortable, a family size fridge was very useful also with lots of stowage and cupboard space on board, enough for any family holiday also the USB points made life easier; add to that the pre arrival information and arrival boat handling information – for us it was perfect.
Because of our youth – we’re 77, we were more than happy to let lock keepers assist us - we went as far as New Bridge - but, with only the two of us we did struggle sometimes with tying up and the banks were not always 'user friendly' and getting off the boat occasionally, on our knees and sometimes our bums was, to say the least indelicate and somewhat embarrassing.
We did though, in spite of our lack of experience, have a great time without any time table. Thanks for a delightful holiday - our friends thought we we're mad but, life’s for living.
