点评：We were travelling and visiting friends and decided to go here for Mother’s Day lunch , and were extremely disappointed. There was 4 of us , two mothers . We were greeted by a lovely young man , think his name was Matt !. We were both given a glass of champagne which was lovely . We ordered our lunch of the special roast for $35 with a pint of Guinness . More expensive than the usual Sunday roast, Why you would only offer Guinness when it is an acquired taste and not many women would order it . We ordered 3 of the pork belly roast and one of the roast beef . Two of the pork bellies came out within 10 minutes . The next pork belly came out 25 minutes later , the other two had finished their roast by this time , then 10 minutes later the roast beef arrived , it was all the scrappy pieces , full of fat and COLD , I was so disappointed. The peas were just warm and quite hard . I have worked in hospitality my while working career and would never have such a gap in between meals , 4 people ordering on the same order should get their meals together , why did 2 come out and 25 minutes later then the 3rd? Our booking was not until 230pm . Even so I would expect for all the meals to come out at the same time . So our Mother’s Day lunch was ruined as we were not eating together. Then we ordered some cheesecake for dessert and I could not believe there was no cream to accompany this . It had pineapple as a garnish which tasted like it had been in the fridge for a while as it had a fridge taste to it , like it had not been covered in the fridge . I hope this was just unlucky for us . One of the staff said that they had done 500 for lunch , but this is no excuse , if you can’t serve the same meal from your first to your last , there is something wrong .
翻译：我们当时正在旅行，顺便拜访朋友，决定来这里吃母亲节午餐，结果非常失望。我们一行四人，其中两位是母亲。一位和蔼的年轻男士接待了我们，我记得他好像叫马特！他给我们每人倒了一杯香槟，感觉很不错。我们点了份特色烤肉套餐，35美元，配一杯吉尼斯黑啤。这比一般的周日烤肉贵多了，而且吉尼斯黑啤似乎只有少数人会点，所以才搭配烤肉。我们点了三份烤猪五花和一份烤牛肉。十分钟内，两份烤猪五花就上来了。第二份烤猪五花又过了25分钟才上，这时另外两位朋友的烤肉都已经吃完了。十分钟后，烤牛肉终于上来了，全是些边角料，肥肉很多，而且是冷的，我真是太失望了。豌豆也只是温的，而且很硬。我整个职业生涯都在餐饮业工作，从未见过上菜间隔这么长的情况。四个人同时点餐，他们的菜应该同时上齐，为什么前两份菜上来后，第三份又过了25分钟才上？我们预订的是下午2点半，即便如此，我也希望所有菜都能同时上桌。结果，我们的母亲节午餐因为没能一起吃而毁了。之后我们点了芝士蛋糕作为甜点，我简直不敢相信居然没有配奶油。蛋糕上用菠萝做装饰，但菠萝尝起来像是在冰箱里放了很久，一股冰箱味儿，像是没盖好盖子似的。我希望这只是我们运气不好。一位服务员说他们午餐做了500份，但这不能成为借口。如果连第一份菜和最后一份菜都做不好，那肯定有问题。
