点评:Spa day with friends, masseuses were great. The rest of the customer service experience was nonexistent. No escort into the spa, no directions to the locker room or spa, nor any explanation of the bathhouse facilities. We were literally handed a card and told to check out at that same desk. That was it. We had to ask other guests for directions from the locker room to the spa. There were no robes in the locker room, we had to flag down an employee to get some for us. The chair cards were never explained, which left 3 of us sharing 2 chairs. When I moved a third chair closer, a manager came over to scold me and made me put it back. When I expressed our frustration and disappointment in the whole experience, the manager’s response was barely apologetic. I was clearly wasting both my time and hers. I shouldn’t have to “break the rules” to be swarmed upon. For as much money as we spent there, I expected to feel “welcomed with open arms,” but that was not the case at all.
