Terrible customer service and poor quality merchandise

点评：Beware shopping at the "As seen on TV" store at Tanger. They have a no refunds sign which apparently even applies to broken merchandise. My son bought a round rubix cube type toy and opened it as we were leaving the store. In the box was one of the pieces from one of the sides and it could not be put back on. We turned and went right back in and asked for an exchange; however, it was the only one so we couldn't get another. I then asked my son to look around the store for anything else he wanted for the same price and he didn't find anything he wanted. Given that the item was broken when purchased, and there weren't any more, I asked for a refund. I was refused. The employee called the manager who also refused and told us to pick something else. I was upset and asked repeatedly for a refund at which point I was told I could call the police if I wanted. Rather than continue to make a scene, I had my son pick a couple fidgets to make up the price and left. Won't make that mistake twice!
