点评：I take time to write reviews when the experience has been above expectations and meant to be known to others. Such is the case with my recent wine tour and lunch at Solatio Organic farm. I thought I was in a Tuscan movie where we were all Italian and enjoying a beautiful afternoon together as family. I was living in a dream but it was reality. The set-up was so delightful and comfortable. It was a feeling of community with nature. All around us we had the Olive groves, vineyards and the Tuscan views. We were welcomed at the beginning of the experience with a sparkling white wine and we were invited to go, with our sparkling wine , to the edge of a hill close by where there was terrace with a look out to view the country side. This set the tone for the entire afternoon that we spent at Solatio. Throughout our wine tasting and meal, it was the owner himself Raffaello that explained each different wine that was served to us as the servers paired the wine with different foods and tastes of Italy. This for me, was a true Tuscan experience. I was a part of a Tour called Brix -in Italy experience. This visit was a part of an organized tour curated by Brix, Moncton N.B. Canada
