点评：We had an absolutely outstanding experience at Umberto Cesari Winery! The tour was both informative and engaging, and we were particularly impressed by the state-of-the-art cellar — a perfect blend of tradition and modern innovation.
Our guide was fantastic: incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and especially patient and playful with our 4-year-old, making the whole visit enjoyable for all of us. One of the biggest highlights was the honour of meeting the owner, who took the time to personally greet every guest — including a sweet chat with our child. It truly made us feel welcome and valued.
A unique and memorable moment was tasting directly from the barrel, which gave us deeper insight into the transformation process that leads to the creation of their exceptional wines. The wine tasting itself was phenomenal — we sampled 9 wines, each perfectly paired with exquisite local dishes that brought out the flavours beautifully.
The entire experience was surreal and unforgettable, combining warm hospitality, culinary excellence, and a deep respect for winemaking tradition. A must-visit for any wine enthusiast or anyone looking for a meaningful experience in Emilia-Romagna!
