点评：I am beyond disappointed with sky zone!!!! Reserved a party reservation several weeks in advance. 2 days before my event, on my daughter's actual birthday, I recieved a call stating that they'd have to cancel my reservation due to building permit issues that wouldn't be resolved in time. (2 days before?) They offered to move my party to a different time and location. They also offered a 20% discount for my troubles. Feeling desperate, and the pressure from my extremely disappointed, now 8 year old, in the background, I agreed to think about it. The rep agreed to give me 24 hrs to decide if I left a $75 deposit. After hanging up, I retrieved the contract from my email and realized that no discount was given. It was actually $107 more! I immediately called the number that he had called from. A different person answered the phone and told me there was nothing they could do about it. She suggested I hang up. Call back the same number and press option 4 to speak to a Regional manager. I did that and was unable to speak to anyone.I left a message and have not received a call back. I am so extremely disappointed. Sky Zone has ruined my daughter's birthday!!!!
