点评：The zipline attendants were excellent—friendly, professional, and safety-conscious throughout the experience.
The biggest drawback was the group setup. We were combined with people we didn't know, which meant a lot of waiting during preparation and between runs. The actual ziplining was exciting, but each ride lasted only a few seconds compared to the amount of time spent gearing up and waiting for others in the group. The photos also included the strangers in our group which was awkward.
One surprise was the footwear requirement. I arrived wearing closed-toe Teva sandals but was still required to wear the facility's shoes. The check-in and sign-up process was more cumbersome than expected. It required a considerable amount of personal information, including full birth dates, which felt excessive for this type of activity.
Overall, the staff were great and the zipline itself was fun, but the lengthy check-in process, group format, and waiting time made the experience less enjoyable than it could have been.
