A huge partially ruined palace, perfect for exploration!

点评：Holy smokes! This place is huge!!
If, like me, you like exploring ruined castles etc, this is the place for you. I won't bore you with details, (see photos instead for a good idea of what to expect). There are so many rooms, nooks and crannies to explore here - part of the palace is somewhat complete, so if the weather is inclement you'll be okay. There is also a nice bit of parkland to wander around allowing a good view of the palace from numerous angles. Unfortunately on the day of my visit, there was some scaffolding on one side of the palace, which was a bit of an eyesore but I guess renovations were needed.
There is a car park, but it isn't huge and we had trouble finding a space. Luckily there was an attendant who helped us out. To access the car park you need to pass through the palace gateway, which is quite narrow, so be careful!
