点评：I cannot adequately express how much inconvenience and frustration this individual caused us. He wasted approximately four hours of our time, and, at the last moment when we already had a reservation, he called us and created additional confusion and inconvenience.
Furthermore, the address he provided for his office was completely misleading. When we arrived at the stated location, there was nothing there. Despite this, he continued to make excuses and delay matters rather than providing a clear and professional resolution.
The condition of the jet skis he eventually brought was also extremely disappointing. They were poorly maintained, and the jackets provided were dirty and in unacceptable condition. On top of that, the level of customer service we received was extremely poor and unprofessional.
Based on this experience, I would never recommend this individual to anyone. I strongly advise others to think carefully before entering into any business or service arrangement with someone who demonstrates such a lack of professionalism, transparency, and respect for customers.
